Education Required:

  • A BA or BFA degree or an equivalent combination of education and administrative work experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Some (6 months- 1 year) administrative or management experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and project scheduling software.
  • Detail oriented while demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates skills in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Self-motivated and an independent thinker who consistently meets deadlines, resolves conflicting priorities, and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain University Driving Policy standards (if appropriate)

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of rights/royalties, orchestration, and/or copyright procedures in the performing arts.
  • Understanding of AEA, AGMA, and/or USAA rules and contracts.
  • Work experience in the Performing Arts.
  • Experience working in an academic setting, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Experience with Propared or other digital calendar software.

Compensation:

  • Pay Level 3A:  $52,000 - $55,000
