Education Required:

·        A Master's degree in a core liberal arts and sciences area, an M.Ed., an MSW, or an MBA, or a combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

·        Demonstrated experience working successfully with faculty and instructors individually and in small groups.

·        Evidence of excellent written communication skills, demonstrated through the application, at an extensive proficiency level.

·        Excellent oral and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrated at an extensive proficiency level.

·        Extensive familiarity with higher education undergraduate curriculum, academic policies, and academic practices.

·        Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

·        Minimum 1 year teaching experience in a liberal arts and sciences discipline

·        A PhD in a liberal arts and sciences discipline is highly desirable.
