Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement card processes/system monitoring, maintenance and improvement, and/or data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical/statistical skills
  • Must be proficient in computer software applications/demonstrated competence with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Access, Excel and Word. A work sample may be given to interviewees either before or at the time of interview to assess Excel skills

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting/procurement card processes/system monitoring, maintenance and improvement, and/or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of automated systems, both custom-built and commercially available.
  • Experience with leading process improvement projects and process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain.
  • Familiarity with the ePro, ProTrav, and APPO systems.
  • Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
