Classroom Software Support Lead
Education Requirement:
A Bachelor’s or an equivalent combination of education and related experience in technology support may also serve to meet these minimum requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience (typically 3-5 years) supporting MacOS and Windows clients in a managed computing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise client management tools (Group Policies, SCCM, Altiris, Casper, etc) and their application in computer management.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical partners.
- A proven track-record in initiating and managing technology projects.
- Demonstrated ability to perform troubleshooting skills in enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate new and emerging technologies and their potential applications at an enterprise level.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills (including with technical peers).
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to explain data to using appropriate charts, graphs, etc.
- Ability to occasionally move and transport computer equipment up to 50 lbs.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using Labstats, Keyserver or other software usage reporting tools.
- Experience with software licensing terms and legal/IT security issues.
- Experience supporting video-conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc) and professional computer conferencing hardware (Logitech Rally, Crestron, Huddly, etc).
- Experience using and supporting audiovisual hardware and classroom technologies.
