Coordinator for Student Organization Development
EDUCATION REQUIRED: A Master's degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Student Development, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) working in higher education in advising, developing, coordinating, and evaluating student organization programming.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated commitment to multiculturalism and experience working with students of color.
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) in utilizing student organization management software, particularly Campus Labs and social media.
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) in campus programming with emphasis in administration and marketing.
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) in assessing and evaluating programs, and in conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Knowledge of and commitment to University policies, procedures and regulations.
