Director, Enterprise Analytics
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, , Informatics, Business, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive (typically 10+ years) experience in a related capacity leading and guiding the mission-critical healthcare projects involving multi-disciplinary teams in a large environment with considerable (3-5 years) leadership experience in healthcare clinical quality and regulatory requirements and reporting
- Expert level knowledge in recognizing business problems, conceptualizing, recommending, and developing solutions
- Expert level knowledge of industry trends and demonstrated experience applying new solutions to business and/or health care problems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding and experience with leading design and build of Data Visualizations that drive decisions
- Experience leading a customer service-oriented team and developing initiatives to drive collaborative and service orientation skills throughout the organization
- Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Epic Cogito experience or certifications
- Experience with any Business Intelligence (BI) application, such as Tableau, Power BI, or OBIEE
- Experience with change management, continuous improvement initiatives, ITIL, LEAN, and project management
- Experience in succession planning and people development
