Enterprise Relationship Manager

Depending on assignment, the role helps identify and communicate operational needs, technology dependencies, readiness concerns, adoption risks, and cross-functional impacts requiring HCIS engagement. The role partners with clinical informatics, project management, application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, operational leadership, or other subject matter experts.
The Enterprise Relationship Manager supports early demand identification, request shaping, intake of readiness, prioritization, communication, operational readiness coordination, and ongoing relationship management. The role helps ensure that HCIS understands partner priorities and that operational partners understand HCIS processes, constraints, decisions, and engagement pathways.
