Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum one year of successful intercollegiate football administrative and/or playing experience at the NCAA Division I level;
- Professional experience working effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships;
- Minimum of one year of experience Utilizing office productivity software and online database systems (please specify) and visual presentation software such as Visio™ or equivalent;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; as demonstrated by prior research and analytics experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated team environment:
- A valid U.S. driving license and the ability to meet and maintain University of Iowa Driving Policy standards.
Desired qualifications:
- Minimum one year of successful intercollegiate football administrative and/or playing experience at the NCAA Power 4 level;
- Demonstrated proficiency and ability) to:
- Utilize video analysis system such as HUDL™, DVSport, XO’s, or equivalent.
- Comply with N.C.A.A. rules and regulations.
- Maintain productive and long term relationships with staff, prospects, and high school coaches.
- Utilize football performance analytics systems (i.e., Championship Analytics, Pro Football Focus-PFF).
