HR Generalist, Division of Student Life
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the position; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Experience (typically 3 years or more) performing Human Resources responsibilities, including conducting confidential investigations, in an HR role or HR environment.
- Experience creating and maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong professional relationships with a wide variety of constituents, while effectively managing conflicts.
- Working knowledge of current federal and state regulations impacting HR.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience (typically 6 months or more) working with employee and/or labor relations.
- Experience performing HR responsibilities within a large and/or complex organization.
