Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or and audio/video related field; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Experience Requirements

  •        Experience, typically -1-3 years, in application and/or technology support.
  •        Knowledge troubleshooting and resolving issues with AV control systems.
  •        Experience installing and supporting AV devices.
  •        Experience with Crestron, Extron, or similar AV equipment.
  •        Ability to occasionally move and transport equipment up to 50lbs.
  •        Experience planning, organizing, and executing projects related to AV.
  •       Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical staff.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with AV control programs and control interfaces.
  •        Experience with wired and wireless networking and security.
  •        Knowledge with CATV/ IPTV to deliver video services.
  •        Certifications: Infocomm CTS, Infocomm CTS-I or other industry certifications
  •        Experience with Visio, AutoCad, Blue Beam or similar design software applications.
  •        Experience working in a Service Call Center with an electronic ticketing system.
  •        Knowledge of Construction Project management; understanding of construction drawings, documentation, and change order processes, specifically relating to Division 27.
  •        Experience in a healthcare or health industry environment.
  •        Familiarity with Interactive Patient Care system and integrations
