IT Support Consultant
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent field, or an equivalent combination education and work experience
- Experience installing software, supporting, and training users, maintaining software applications, including managing user accounts, and ensuring data security.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly on the job, work independently in local and remote locations and to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Skill in providing computer system and application security using best practice concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a dental, or health industry environment.
- Experience working with confidentiality requirements as set by HIPPA, FERPA, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Experience working with and troubleshooting axiUm and/or Mipacs.
- Experience with digital radiograph sensor hardware.
