Position Qualifications:

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience Requirements

Experience (typically 5-7 years) providing technical support for complex integrated systems, applications and services
Experience (typically 5-7 years) supporting workstations running Windows 7/10 and MS Office 2010/365.
Experience working collaboratively in a team-based environment
Experience supporting iOS/Android devices
Experience with technical process documentation
Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with a diverse population of technical and non-technical staff.
Professional experience working with desktop hardware and software in a managed workstation environment.
Experience in technology and/or business process analysis and solution design in a Technical Product Support or Customer Service Center.
Excellent organizational skills
Expert-level customer service and collaboration background

Highly Desired Qualification

Experience managing/supervising employees

Desired Qualifications

Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to disarm escalated situations with all levels of personnel.
Demonstrated ability to guide and align diverse talent with assigned work.
Experience with change management, continuous improvement initiatives, ITIL, LEAN and/or project management
Experience working in a Health Care IT environment.
Experience in project planning and implementing.
Experience with enterprise mobile device management (MDM) tools for iOS/Android
Experience collecting team performance metrics
