Learning & Development Specialist - Health Care Human Resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1–3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, instructional design, event planning, or related professional experience (internships and student roles may be considered).
Experience supporting or delivering training programs.
Experience creating professional materials and learning assets using platforms such as Canva and Microsoft Office.
Experience maintaining or updating web content or digital platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience working within a university or healthcare environment (healthcare experience preferred).
Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course registration and tracking.
Experience analyzing program feedback and evaluation data.
Experience supporting event planning and facilitation.
