Learning & Organizational Development Specialist (Hybrid)
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Demonstrates experience (one year minimum) and a working knowledge of Organizational Learning and Development: processes, issues and considerations
- Experience (one year minimum) creating, implementing, and assessing training
- Experience working with subject matter experts designing custom training content
- Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to deliver learner-centered training courses and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal skills as evidenced by a working experience in communication and relationship building skills that support working with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Demonstrates working experience in producing documents that are clear and well-presented and adapt writing to different audiences and uses various techniques to disseminate and gather information
- Demonstrates proficiency working experience with Microsoft Office products
Desirable Qualifications
- Demonstrates working experience in the application of University policy and procedures.
- Demonstrates working experience in the use of data gathering tools and techniques, as well as preparing data for utilization by departments, units or individuals.
