Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work and education experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in graphic arts, graphic design, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience with video production and editing
  • Demonstrated experience crafting video narratives

Competencies Required:

  • Demonstrates a working proficiency level in the following competencies:
    • Knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite for various postproduction and marketing purposes. 
    • Maintains productive work relationships while considering multiple perspectives.
    • Communication techniques (oral and written) and relationship building skills that enable one to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
    • Understanding of issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately and reach productive decisions.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Deep appreciation and curiosity for all forms of performing arts.

Work Modality: This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location. This role will include some overnight travel, evening, and weekend work.

 

Compensation: $50,000 - Commensurate with Competitive Benefits
