Research Assistant
Education Required
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience with molecular biology techniques including PCR, DNA extraction, gel
electrophoresis and Sanger sequencing is required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with next generation sequencing, including library preparation, sequencing and
analysis is highly desired.
Experience performing analysis including genomic variant annotation, genomic and proteomic
databases searches and data mining is highly desired.
Experience managing experimental data utilizing a LIMS or database is highly desired.
