Required Qualifications

  • A  Bachelor's degree in a natural or health science field or discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Previous experience in a biomedical research related field
  • Demonstrated experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR, PCR, western blot)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in immunofluorescence and confocal imaging of tissues
  • Demonstrated experience with cell cultures.
  • Demonstrated experience in pancreatic models, in vitro and in vivoList
