MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Any combination of related clerical office experience related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

 

·         Data entry experience.

·         Knowledge of HIPPA & FERPA regulations.

·         Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.

·         Experience with Purchasing & Cash Handling.

·         Demonstrated organizational skills & ability to successfully manage deadlines.

·         Event planning experience.

·         Attention to detail.

·         Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

·         Experience using Microsoft/Google suite with proficiency in word processing, calendaring and spreadsheets.
