Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate, and / or post-high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Medical Terminology: Completion of a medical terminology course or extensive use of medical terminology in a work setting preferred.
  • Public Contact / Customer Service: Previous experience in a position that requires high volume public contact, multi-tasking, and answering multi-line phones on a regular basis involving internal and external customers preferred.
