Service Line Senior Financial Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, health science, computer science, math, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
  3 years of related experience in financial analysis

• Experience creating and presenting financial reports to a broad audience.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial concepts clearly.

• Experience with cost accounting systems, such as Strata.

• Familiarity with Excel or financial analysis tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting clinical service lines or physician practices.

• Experience with provider compensation, KPI reporting, or recruitment proforma development.

• Understanding of CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding.

• Knowledge of EPIC, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Knowledge of UI and UI Health Care policies and procedures.
