Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or related degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 0 – 6 months of professional work experience in related field
  • Experience structuring and executing quantitative analysis required
  • Requires critical thinking skills, strong coordination / organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written / verbal communication skills required
  • Proficiency in common software applications required (i.e., MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)

Desired Qualifications

  • Be comfortable and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
  • Proven success in problem solving and supporting success in teams
  • Commitment to learning, personal development, and growth in health care administration
  • Possess analytical capabilities such as creating calculated fields, managing large datasets, creating sophisticated excel models, understanding and building forecasting models
  • Experience in / understanding of key financial / economic concepts
  • Experience and/or certifications for common analytical platforms (e.g., Tableau)
