Education Requirement:
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Experience researching, exploring, and solving technical problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff

• Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Desired Qualifications:
• Some experience with Unix/Linux in any setting.
• Experience troubleshooting PC hardware.
• Some exposure to common programming languages. Examples may include: Python, Perl, Ruby, Bash/Shell.
• Strong interest in continuously learning and applying new ideas to innovative services and technologies.
• Experience and or knowledge of supporting HPC environments.
• Experience supporting technology in a higher education setting.
