REQUIRES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent field, or an equivalent combination education/progressively responsible work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting enterprise level vended and/or custom developed applications, including the following skillsets:
    • Implementing, supporting, troubleshooting, training users and maintaining enterprise level software applications, including management of user accounts, security, application functionality, and end user workflow documentation.
    • Knowledge of Oracle or SQL server database design, writing stored procedures, functions, triggers and complex queries.
    • Extensive knowledge of Crystal Reports or other report writing and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff.
    • Excellent customer service, project management and organizational skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or health related industry.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office applications and Windows desktop operating systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Ability to provide training and instruction on designed solutions to audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement applications and processes that integrate vended and custom developed software using object-oriented languages (C#, .NET, etc.).
