Application Developer - Interface (Remote eligible w/in Iowa)
Education Required:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications:
- Experience, typically 3-5 years, with healthcare interfaces and major cross application integrations
- Experience working with application owners and/or vendors to identify system requirements, integration requirements and understand business needs.
- Experience working with non-technical end-users to identify system requirements and business needs.
- Programming experience using a procedural language.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call support.
- Experience with MS tools (e.g., Word, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes.
- Previous experience with Cloverleaf interface engine.
- Previous EPIC Bridges experience.
- Previous Epic application build or integration experience.
- Previous Unix/Linux shell scripting (BASH).
- Previous experience implementing interfaces in a healthcare environment.
- Previous experience configuring the Connexall alert management system.
