Education Required:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience, typically 3-5 years, with healthcare interfaces and major cross application integrations
  • Experience working with application owners and/or vendors to identify system requirements, integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Experience working with non-technical end-users to identify system requirements and business needs.
  • Programming experience using a procedural language.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to participate in after-hours on-call support.
  • Experience with MS tools (e.g., Word, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes.
  • Previous experience with Cloverleaf interface engine.
  • Previous EPIC Bridges experience.
  • Previous Epic application build or integration experience.
  • Previous Unix/Linux shell scripting (BASH).
  • Previous experience implementing interfaces in a healthcare environment.
  • Previous experience configuring the Connexall alert management system.
