Education Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum three years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in recruitment, performance management and compensation.
  2. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications.
  5. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the work environment.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Working knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting human resources.
  2. Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
  3. Ability to work in a face paced, high transaction volume environment.
  4. Proven experience working with a large number of employees and complex environment. 
  5. Prior experience work in a hospital and/or academic medical setting. 
  6. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM-CP Certification.
