Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field

Experience Requirements

  •        1-3 years of related experience working with complex, integrated IT systems and applications.
  •        Experience working with and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff.
  •        Experience working with application owners and/or vendors to define system requirements, integration requirements and understand business needs.
  •        Experience in and ability to use standard business computer software programs.
  •        Demonstrated familiarity with MS Excel.
  •        Ability to work occasional nights and weekends (scheduled and unscheduled).

Desired Qualifications

  •        Demonstrated proficiency working with MS Excel
  •        Experience with user provisioning in   Active Directory and Epic
  •        Experience working in the healthcare industry.
  •        Familiarity with healthcare job classifications and/or roles
  •        Experience working with confidentiality requirements as set by HIPAA, FERPA, federal, state, and local regulations
  •        Knowledge and/or experience with any of the following: identity management account and entitlement lifecycle; federated identity management; privilege accumulation; role-based access control (RBAC); authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA)
  •        Epic certification related but not limited to the following: Security and / or Core Analyst.
