IT Support Analyst
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in audiovisual or instructional support may also serve to meet these minimum requirements.
Experience providing technology support in an information technology/educational environment.
Working experience providing customer service to technology users of varying abilities.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; the ability to explain computing concepts to non-technical staff.
Proven record of problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/O365.
Desirable Qualifications:
Working experience supporting technology in a higher educational setting.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
