REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting workstations running Windows 7/10 and MS Office 2016/365.
  • Ability to independently install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripherals at the desktop level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex workflow problems and recommend solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Ability to move and install IT equipment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with desktop hardware and software in a managed workstation environment.
  • Experience utilizing remote IT support tools.
  • Experience supporting Mac OS X.
  • Experience configuring iOS and Android devices.
  • Experience working in a Health Care IT environment.
  • Experience with wired and wireless networking and security concepts.
