Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience (typically 3-5 years) supporting and troubleshooting technical/communication applications.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience (typically 1-3 years) in application and/or technology support.
  • Experience developing curriculum and educational resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Experience developing and maintaining system documentation, providing project implementation support and training.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environments with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting communication solutions.
  • Experience in a 24x7 healthcare  environment
  • Experience providing outage and service change communication to end-users.
