IT Support Consultant– Communication Solution Support Specialist -Remote Eligible w/in Iowa
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience (typically 3-5 years) supporting and troubleshooting technical/communication applications.
Experience Requirements
- Experience (typically 1-3 years) in application and/or technology support.
- Experience developing curriculum and educational resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical customers.
- Experience developing and maintaining system documentation, providing project implementation support and training.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environments with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting communication solutions.
- Experience in a 24x7 healthcare environment
- Experience providing outage and service change communication to end-users.
