Position Qualifications:

Education Required

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  

Experience Requirements

Experience, typically 1 -3 years, with IP call control systems such as, but not limited to: Avaya, Cisco Call Manager or Skype for Business
Experience, typically 1-3 years, with experience in design, implementation, and supporting of medium to large enterprise VoIP infrastructure
Experience, typically 1-3 years, with network voice infrastructure such as, but not limited to: session border controllers, voice gateways and SIP trunking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to participate in a 24x7x365 on call rotation


Desirable Qualifications

Experience designing, implementing, and administering Quality of Service (QoS)
Experience with NEC PBX
Experience with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD)
Experience with Intrado Emergency Gateway (EGW)
Experience with Ribbon SBC, PSX and EMS
