Program Manager
Education Requirement
· A Master’s degree in the field of Arts Administration, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Required
· Considerable (3-5 years) program management experience is required.
· Administrative and supervisory experience is required.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Highly Desirable Qualifications
· Master’s or BA in the field of Creative Writing, English or related field is highly desirable
· Knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures and regulations is highly desired.
Desirable Qualifications
· Project management experience is desirable.
· Teaching experience is desirable
· Publication in a creative genre is desirable.
· Experience in successful grant writing is desirable.
· Ability to communicate in a second language is desirable.
·
Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or
commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment is desired.
