Required Qualifications

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
•    Experience (typically 3-5 years) writing secure, stable, high-performance data-driven web and desktop applications using Visual Studio, SQL Server, IIS, and VB.Net.
•    Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and recommend software solutions to enhance and improve business and financial operations.
•    Experience working directly with end-users, leadership, and external vendors to plan, design, implement, maintain and improve software applications and integrations.
•    Experience consuming and/or delivering standardized web services utilizing API’s (Advanced Programming Interfaces).
•    Ability to work with, maintain, and improve large-scale legacy systems comprised of multiple data sources and diverse operational processes.
•    Experience with project management tools and techniques, including developing work plans and time schedules for software-related projects and enhancements.
•    Fluency in object-oriented programming, validation, security, debugging, performance measurement, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer relations skills.
•    Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence software.
•    Ability to apply critical thinking, technical problem solving, and analyzing system specifications.
Desirable Qualifications

•    Experience with Angular or similar JavaScript framework.
•    Experience working in a healthcare environment.
•    Familiarity with process automation and AI.
•    Knowledge of quality improvement, lean process improvement, and high-performance management systems.
