Education Required
 
Bachelor’s in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related application development/support experience. 
 
Experience Requirements
 
  • Experience in the development and/or support of applications used by non-technical customers to support and enhance business processes, typically 5-7 years for Senior Developer in leadership roles including experience with programming tools and a comprehensive understanding of database technologies.     
     
  • Experience working with end-users, application owners and/or vendors to analyze system and integration requirements
     
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with basic project management
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety requirements.
     
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff
     
  • Demonstrated job-related experience and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment 
 
Desirable Qualifications
 
  • Experience contributing to the support, configuration and development of an ERP solution in a hospital or rural ambulatory setting.
     
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with financial management, support chain and HR/payroll business processes.
     
  • Experience implementing and/or maintaining Lawson Infor software is strongly preferred.
     
  • Experience supporting and maintaining General Ledger interface in EPIC
     
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical staff on system implementation projects.
  •  
  • Proven ability to write application test scripts
