Senior Project Manager – Obstetrics and Gynecology
A
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business or Management, Public
Health, Health Administration or a related Health Industry discipline, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project Management experience, typically 3-5 years implementing and
managing multiple medium to large-scale programs/projects
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on
customer service utilizing established PMO Program/Project Management
methodology, processes, procedures, tools and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with
all levels of management and project team members.
- Demonstrated strong project management, organizational and facilitation
skills.
- Experience leading teams and people to successfully implement change
utilizing a positive, can-do attitude to inspire others.
- Proficient in Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS Word, MS
Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with the concept of the PMBOK (Project Management Book of
Knowledge) and applying project management principles, methodology &
processes, tools & techniques to managing projects.
- Ability to simultaneously lead multiple small to large-scale projects.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety
requirements.
Preference
will be given to candidates with educational and certification credentials
combined with Project Management experience in a health industry.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Certificate in Project Management, Public Heath Certification or Informatics Certificate, Prince2, AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), ITILv3, Lean, Agile and/or Six Sigma certification.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Business or Management, Public Health, Health Administration or a related Health Industry discipline.
