Qualifications:

Education or Equivalency Required
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience (typically 1-3 years) in a recruiting/talent-acquisition role, involving full-cycle recruitment activities.
  • Typically, 1-year experience focused on sourcing, candidate development or contract recruiting in professional services, higher education, corporate or a recruiting agency environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking solutions (ATS/CMS tools), online sourcing and research tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and task oriented.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including polished phone, oral presentation, email and social media etiquette.
  • Demonstrated experience with or commitment to diversity in the work or academic environment.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action policies.
  • Previous experience sourcing and recruiting underrepresented candidates.
