POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

Education Requirement 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to website development/support or an equivalent combination of education and related website development/support experience. 

 

Required Qualifications  

  • Experience in the development and/or support of websites used by non-technical customers to support and enhance workflow processes, typically 3 years of experience for a Web Editor role.
  • Experience contributing to a website implementation cycle through areas such as technical design, workflow analysis, build, training, implementation, testing, and support.
  • Experience working with content owners and/or vendors to define website requirements, integration requirements, and understand business needs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with end-users to define website requirements, understand business needs and convert business requirements into functional/technical specifications for website/web page build.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with basic project management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Professional experience working effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.  

 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Experience with Drupal content management system.
  • Experience with CSS.
  • Experience with WordPress implementation and management.
  • Experience with batch email sending for email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in marketing and communications environments, specifically maintaining brand standards online.
