REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Business is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in database development and maintenance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in data reporting.
  • Experience supporting workstations running Windows 10 and MS Office 2016/365.
  • Ability to independently install and troubleshoot software, hardware and peripherals at the desktop level.
  • Basic web design knowledge.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience (6 months or more) in a biological science.
  • Experience working in a Healthcare IT environment.
  • Experience generating reports/dashboards using Power BI.
  • Experience with reporting of Epic electronic health record systems.
  • Experience supporting desktop hardware and software in a managed workstation environment.
